When we identify an opportunity, we communicate with the broker, negotiate the rate and material load terms, and present those details to you. You decide which MDS-sourced loads your truck accepts. After your approval, we review the broker's rate confirmation to make sure the written terms match the offer you accepted before dispatch.

Once a load is moving, we help coordinate broker and driver communication, load updates, documentation, and issues that arise through closeout.
